one thing though
when you double you task bar the graphic doubles instead of streching
looks kinda dum to me.
and also the things exitium said.

I'm not sure how it looks like in resolutions higher than 1024x768 but in 1024x768 the start menu is messed up.

Two notable problems with the skin, though:
* The "All Programs" thing in the Start menu is unskinned.
* The Taskbar is too narrow. The icons on the notification area dissapear often.
Concerning the taskbar, it could be a problem with Windowblinds 3.3 but I'm not really sure, because it seems that Windowblinds automatiaclly ALWAYS uses the "Unlocked Taskbar" graphics even when it is supposed to be locked. Not a big deal, looks better, in fact, but the problem is that your skin becomes too narrow so the icons in the notification area dissapear.
Other than that, superb job! definitely one for the favorites list.
oh, and if you don't mind any suggestions, here's one if you ever decide to update the skin -- skin the clock area with a dev-art panel (like the ones on the explorer windows and such) the same way Treetog does with his skins. It'll make the clock look a lot prettier.
